Peach tart happy seeds
A tasty, healthy recipe: a peach tart with our happy seeds as a base!
For 2 servings, you will need:
-1 Happy seeds square
And that’s it! No need to add sugar, there’s enough in the fruit (naturally)!
Roll out a Happy seeds square with a rolling pin, so that you have a fine layer (less than 5mm thick)
Cut a ripe peach in two, remove the stone.
Place the two pieces on the base
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
Leave to cool and you’re done!
