Here’s a smoothie that’s packed with vitamin C. It’s an ideal partner for your Jolly Mama cereal square at breakfast time.
For 2 servings, you will need:
– 1 orange,
– 1 banana,
– 2 kiwis,
And that’s it! No need to add sugar, there’s enough in the fruit (naturally)!
– Wash and peel the fruit and cut into pieces
– Put all the ingredients in the mixer and blitz until you get a creamy texture.
You’re good to go – serve immediately to get the most out of those vitamins!
