use them

Our cereal squares are aimed at new mums, whether they are breastfeeding or not, thanks to very specific vitamin and mineral nutrients we wanted them to contain.

You can take them anywhere, and eat 1 or 2 per day, ideally along with a piece of fruit that is high on Vitamin C (kiwi, orange, acerola, goji berries…) as these help the body to absorb iron.

You can have 2 a day – guilt free!

If you have a tired spell, or feel stressed,
During baby’s growth spurts, around 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months and 6 months, when he or she will need and want to feed more often,
When you go back to work,
Any time you feel like your milk production is dropping.

These squares are however by no means a substitute for ‘best breastfeeding practice’ like frequent, on-demand nursing, efficient feeds, skin contact and good fluid intake.
