We asked foodista Anne-Sophie Vidal, winner of the ‘Meilleur Patissier’ (French version of the Bake Offs), and pregnant with her third child (and who can therefore totally identify with mums-to-be and new mums and their diet!) to come up with a seasonal granola recipe that’s ultra tasty but still healthy, so you can stock up on vitamins and minerals.  Used to challenges on the show, she readily accepted ours!  The result is an almost biscuity granola with pecan nuts, cranberries, cinnamon and maple syrup.

A pre Christmas treat that will energise you for the holidays!
